Background:

Last month, we had a virtual orientation with volunteers for a homework they could do for a month. They were asked to make letters, notes, songs, poems, or even prayers, addressed to our children with lifelong illnesses and their families. This October 26, we will be collecting these letters as agreed during the orientation.

Activity details:

We need 2 volunteers to man our drop off and collection day.
Volunteers will stay at the site for at least 2 hours - from 2 PM until 4 PM.
Venue: Barok Cafe and Resto - Bajada (near Torres street) [ https://www.facebook.com/barokcafeandresto ]

Tasks:

Receive cards/letters turned over by message of hope writers.
Acknowledge their volunteer work and have them sign attendance/turnover sheet.
If they permit, you make take photos of or with them.
Try to get to know their volunteer stories to and how they learned about the group.
