The ability to read is a fundamental right, yet many young Filipino children struggle to grasp this essential skill. At Binhi English Literacy Foundation, Inc. (BINHI), we're working to change that, one child at a time. As a Production Buddy, your support will help us efficiently produce and provide the learning materials our BINHI scholars need, ensuring we're effectively boosting their English language skills and fostering their academic growth.

About the Project

Founded in 2008, BINHI aims to improve English reading skills among identified non- and frustrated readers, aged 5-8, in public elementary schools and community centers through its 100-day free reading program.

As we began another BINHI School Year, we are looking for volunteer Production Buddies to help sort and organize the remaining materials. Activities may include counting, filing, and packing materials like flashcards, worksheets, storybooks, and other school supplies. Apart from helping us in the production, consider this also as a way to get to know more about BINHI and our advocacy.

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate advocates for literacy.
• Able to listen and pay attention to important details.
• Willing to commit at least 3 hours of their time on their chosen schedule/s on August 19 or 20, 2025.
• Willing to travel to Makati City.

• August 20, 2025 (Friday) | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• August 20, 2025 (Friday) | 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Expect to receive an email at least 2 days prior to the commitment date with the rest of the details.
