Calling all volunteer virtual storytellers! 

Are you passionate about sharing stories and inspiring others, especially the kids? Do you have a knack for video recording tales that captivate and educate? We're looking for volunteers like you to join our virtual storytelling sessions in our community library called AKLAYA: Aklatang Malaya! Open for all genders!

As a virtual storyteller, you are expected to:

1. Tell a story online: Share a story through a pre-recorded video.
2. Be engaging: Use expressive voices, tones, and emotions to capture the audience's attention. The audience are elementary school level library readers, 3 - 12 years old.
3. Interact with the audience: Ask questions and engage with listeners with activities and expressions to keep them interested.
4. Choose a story: Choose among the five Mulat Sulat tales and prepare them well for your pre-recorded story session.
5. Have Fun! Your enthusiasm is contagious! Our learners and readers absorb better when they see their teachers/storytellers enjoying themselves, so let your passion shine through!

 Each story is to be told twice to double the storytelling fun! Two storytellers will record the same story, bringing their unique perspectives and styles to the tale.

Video Requirements:

• Landscape Orientation
• Good lighting
• Clear audio
• High-quality video (HD or 1080p)
• Record in a quiet space
• Speak clearly and slowly, preferably told in Filipino/Taglish
• 15 minutes max! Let's keep the kids engaged!

This should help ensure your video is visually appealing to the kids and easy for them to understand!
