As we aim to create more impact in the different communities we serve through sports and outreach, we will need more people to help us fulfill our mission.
Make the time you spend on social media more worthwhile and fulfilling by helping us promote sports for the positive development of the youth and be our storyteller as we make more impact in different communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the marketing team in researching, conceptualizing, and creating content for all SSPI’s social media accounts.
Collaborate with everyone in the marketing team in continually improving social media strategies to achieve SSPI marketing’s goals.
Create social media campaigns with the marketing team to raise funds for our beneficiaries
Lead the execution of ideas for social media with the guidance and approval of the Marketing Head
REQUIREMENTS:
Passionate about youth sports advocacy and volleyball
Background in social media management/digital marketing/copywriting is an advantage
Experience in working with nonprofit organizations or student organizations with outreach programs is a plus
Organized and detail-oriented with a good eye for design
Familiar with using Canva or other creative tools and software is required
Comfortable working both autonomously and in a team
Can commit to giving 5 to 10 hours per week to work as the SSPI Social Media Assistant
