Logistics Support Personnel for Project H0PE Rugby & Life Skills Clinic

Location: Bahay Pag-asa Children's Village

Description:

Join us as a logistics support volunteer for Project H0PE, a Sport for Development (S4D) program running a non-contact T1 rugby and life skills clinic at Bahay Pag-asa Children's Village. As part of our logistics team, you will ensure a smooth, organized, and safe environment so our young participants can gain the full benefit of sports and life-skills coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in field layout, gear distribution, and equipment setup/breakdown.
  • Manage sideline inventory and assist facilitators during clinic drills.
  • Support hydration stations and track participant movement throughout the venue.

Date & Schedule:

  • Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2026
  • Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Meetup Point: Mercury Drug Bago at 12:30 PM (for group assembly and departure to venue)

Volunteer Reminders:

  • Attire: Comfortable sports or coaching attire with rubber/sports shoes.
  • Essentials: Bring your own refillable water bottle and personal snacks.
  • Assembly: Please arrive at the Mercury Drug Bago meetup point on or before 12:30 PM.
