​Hands In Inclusion Philippines (HNI) is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team! If you are aged 21–30, living within Metro Manila, and looking to build your portfolio while making a real difference in the community, this role is for you.

​We welcome college graduates who are currently unemployed and looking for a meaningful way to stay active, as well as working individuals who can dedicate their weekends and weekday nights to advocacy.

​As our Finance Officer, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will manage our budgeting, track transactions, and prepare reports that support our board in making critical program decisions. From managing grants with total transparency to ensuring our legal compliance, your work will directly fuel our mission of building a more inclusive society.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Financial Planning & Budgeting: Oversee the organization’s accounting requirements and financial health.
• ​Reporting: Prepare standard-compliant financial reports and ensure proper filing for legal compliance.
• ​Transaction Monitoring: Keep a tight, transparent log of all incoming and outgoing funds.
• ​Fundraising Support: Aid in grant management to ensure total accountability to our partners and donors.

​Who We Are Looking For:

• ​Background in Finance or Accounting (College Graduate).
• ​Aged 21–30, based in Metro Manila.
• ​Available on weekends and weekday nights.
