iVolunteer Philippines is looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to help establish key programs and projects for the development and volunteering sector of the Philippines.
This role is ideal for an individual who excels at managing assigned tasks, pays sharp attention to detail, and approaches interactions with a customer service-oriented mindset. It will focus on providing end-to-end administrative and operational support, including financial tracking, government compliance, logistics support and document management.
Role description:
Manage documentation and Standard Operating Manual (SOP) for all recurring tasks
Ensure timely processing and accurate record-keeping of expenses, payments, collections, donation tracking and other financial documents.
Perform ad-hoc messengerial duties to ensure timely submission of legal and financial documents
Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, processing orders, and coordinating with vendors.
Conduct initial outreach to gather project event sponsorship leads
Assist in drafting template documents for client communications and proposals.
Organize project documents and create post-event reports and write-ups
Support the organization through scheduling meetings, organizing logistics and other administrative support to ensure seamless operations
Competencies Required:
Applicant should be at least 18 years old and should be based in Metro Manila, preferably Makati City
A degree in Business Administration, Community/Social Development or Marketing is preferred
Good oral and written communication in Filipino and English
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is mandatory.
Willing to go on Field Work
Have knowledge or volunteer experience in Metro and Mega Manila
Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
Works effectively in a hybrid work arrangement and has an ability to work with little to no supervision
Ideally possesses own reliable laptop/devices suitable for professional work.
