We are looking for energetic and friendly Ushers to welcome our volunteers at destiNASYON happening on December 13, 2025, at Ateneo de Davao University. If you have a bright smile, a helpful attitude, and love interacting with people, we want YOU on our team!

Role Description:

Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
Manage the flow of the crowd to ensure a smooth and organized event experience.
Assist with registration, seating, and guiding participants to their designated sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet participants warmly and assist with the registration process.
Guide guests to the plenary hall, breakout rooms, and other event areas.
Address basic inquiries from attendees and provide on-ground assistance where needed.

Competencies Required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
Ability to stay alert and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
